Q: What kind of research and development do you do?

A: Both qualitative and quantitative. We perform R&D on new formulas, and a mix of both types of research for feedback and results. 

Q: Do you provide support?

A: Yes! Free knowledge manual for all products, and paid technique-specific trainings. Please visit my online Education Portal here: https://sugaskincare.podia.com/

Q: How do I sign up for wholesale, are there opening order minimums and/or minimums for every order? 

A: I have an application form. Please email me to request. $250 opening order minimum, $100 re-order minimum.

Q: Do you have a list of the full ingredients in your products? Are you plant-based or a mix of plant and synthetic? 

A: Our knowledge manual has all ingredients listed per product. 99% plant based, with the only synthetic being Emulsifying Wax NF.  

Q: Do products needs to be refrigerated? 

A: No need for refrigeration, they are all shelf stable and preserved.  

Q: Do you ships internationally? 

A: Yes, with paid shipping

Q: What kind of preservatives do you use and shelf life of the products? 

A: Most products use: Radish Root Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract*, Citric Acid. One product uses phenoxyethanol (Cucumber Mist). 12 months is the standard shelf life although most can go longer 18-24 months, I like to account for any additional time I have the product before it is sold.
